This training will provide an overview of Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse regulations and enforcement through the Department of Behavioral Health, the Department of Healthcare Finance, and the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. This training will feature presenters from all three agencies. 

At the end of this training, participants will be able to: 

1. Identify Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse.
2. Explain the role of DBH, MFCU and DHCF as it relates to Medicaid fraud reporting and enforcement. 
3. Describe Medicaid fraud reporting requirements.
4. Explain how to report Medicaid fraud.
