Description:

This training is only open to individuals who have previously completed the CSR New Reviewer Training

The training is meant to reinforce the learning of the CSR New Reviewer training, which focuses on teaching clinical practitioners about the DBH Practice Principles and how quality service is defined and measured within the DBH system and how to apply the protocol to evaluate one's own practice or the practice of others. The clinical protocol includes indicators regarding Consumer Status, Consumer Progress and Practice Performance and this training explains the clinical significance of each indicator and how to apply each measure to evaluate the quality of clinical services.   Interviewing and Giving Feedback skills are essential to the evaluation process; this class will review those concepts and participants will practice those skills.   *The Community Services Review (CSR) for Adults Protocol – Field Use Version 2.0 is a prerequisite training to be completed prior to participating in this training.
